Sessions may include goal setting, gaining clarity, and identifying obstacles. Through thoughtful questions, reflection, and compassionate insight, I help you become aware of patterns or blind spots that may be keeping you stuck. I also offer practical resources to support your growth between sessions.

I regard this work as sacred, while also making room for laughter. Together, we’ll define what success looks like for you.
