My Approach

My preferred lane is an evidence-based, holistic approach to coaching.

A session could look like goal setting, processing emotions, diving deeper to get clarity on your needs, exploring tools or building strategies.

When working together you can expect me to be present, engaged, and actively listen to your story. I will support you in self-discovery, however you will be responsible and accountable for creating the changes you seek. I regard sessions both as sacred spaces and a place for laughter.

 

I'll encourage you to be curious and invite you to be vulnerable. I will ask poignant questions, offer reflections on blindspots, bring awareness to obstacles, and provide tools and resources for personal growth.


 

Change can be intimidating. Having a coach helps increase your success rate. Invest in yourself by taking the first step towards your goals.
