My Approach

When working together you can expect me to be present, engaged, and actively listen to your story. I will ask questions to bring clarity to your goals, awareness to your obstacles, uncover any core issues, and provide tools and resources for personal growth. We will be working with your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual body systems. Studies have shown working in all four body systems increases happiness and well-being. 

I will support you in self-discovery, however you will be responsible and accountable for creating the changes you seek. I regard sessions both as sacred spaces and a place for laughter. I'll encourage you to be curious and invite you to be vulnerable. 

Change can be intimidating. Having a coach helps increase your success rate. Invest in yourself by taking the first step towards your goals.
